*COVID-19 Related Service Update: On Monday May 2, 2022, the Registrar's Office Front Line and Financial Aid Teams will be resuming drop-in service on a first come first served basis.  For Front Line Services, please bring a physical student card or valid government photo I.D (excluding health card). For Financial Aid Services, you must present your student card and valid government issued photo I.D (Health card also excluded). Photos of I.D on phones cannot be accepted

The TCard Office continues to operate by appointment only, you may book on CLNx (if you are unable to book an appointment you can also email tcardoffice.utsc@utoronto.ca). There is no phone service or use of our drop box.

 

Remote service is still also available via email at askRO.utsc@utoronto.ca using your U of T email address; include your name and student number.  If you do not have a U of T e-mail address, please include in your message a photo of yourself holding government issued photo ID so that we can verify your identity.
