You can submit a request for a clerical check if you believe that your final grade has been miscalculated. You will be asked to indicate where you think the error has occurred. An arithmetical recalculation of all term work, and the final exam (if there was one for the course) will be reviewed to ensure that they have each been added correctly once your payment is received. Please be aware that if the grade is changed, the amended grade will stand whether it is higher or lower than the original grade.
Your request will be cancelled if your payment is not received by the deadline you were given on eService. If there was an error, and the final grade is changed, the $15 fee will be refunded to the credit card used to make the initial payment (if payment was made in person at the Registrar's Office, the refund will have to be done in person as well) . If no error is found, no refund will be issued. Payments can be made on eService.
