Submitting Documents

Academic documents & transcripts

You must submit full documentation for all secondary and post-secondary (college or university) studies.  All documents must be submitted electronically (please note that U of T does not accept documents via e-mail).

Please refer to the Next Steps Guide for the specific documents required and method for sending the information. If you applied on an OUAC 101 application, your school will report your Ontario secondary school grades.

IMPORTANT! CHECK THE DEADLINES.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that the required academic and non-academic documents are received by the specified deadlines.

Proof of English Facility

Check if you are required to submit a test of English Facility (e.g. TOEFl, IELTS) and check deadline dates for receipt of test results. Visit future.utoronto.ca/apply/english-language-requirements for details.

Submitting Grades and Required Documents

Visit future.utoronto.ca/apply/applying#required-documents for information about which documents are required and how to submit them electronically.
