U of T Scarborough Geographic Access Bursary

The University of Toronto Scarborough Geographic Access Bursary is an initiative from the Office of the Dean that supports access to post-secondary education for students who live more than 50 kilometres away from an Ontario university and demonstrate financial need.

Eligible students are invited to apply for the U of T Scarborough Geographic Access Bursary. This bursary supports students who attend U of T Scarborough by providing $4,500 towards tuition, student fees, and Student Housing & Residence Life fees (if applicable).

To qualify for this bursary, applicants must:

  • Live more than 50 kilometres away from a university.
  • Apply for Student Housing & Residence Life via U of T's StarRez portal by March 31, 2022 (if planning to live on campus).
  • Accept an offer of admission to U of T Scarborough on or before June 1, 2022.
  • Apply for OSAP by June 30, 2022.
