Renewal of Accommodations

 
Services and accommodations are put in place for a specified time.  Students must book a renewal appointment, according to their accommodation plan, in order to discuss services and accommodations in the context of their current disability and academic program needs. This will allow us to ensure that the services and accommodations continue to meet student's needs.

Updated documentation may be required at the accommodation renewal appointment, depending on the nature of the disability-related needs, or if the original documentation is outdated. In this case, students and their consultant will discuss the next steps for having it updated.

 

Students Returning from a 12-month (or more) absence from using the AccessAbility Services

 
Students are strongly encouraged to register with AccessAbility Services as early as possible to avoid a delay in service. The earlier a student registers, the better we will be able to develop an accommodation plan with a student.
