Give a practice virtual interview, and empower a student to ace the real one!
You can help our first-year Management Co-op students sharpen their interview skills by walking them through an Employer Practice *Virtual* Interview. Share your feedback and expertise with students who are eager to fine-tune their responses, cool their nerves, and impress for success.
You will benefit by increasing awareness of your company’s co-op programs, cultivating a higher quality applicant pool, and developing relationships with top Management students as they seek co-op placements over the next four years.

Job Postings: Please e-mail your job postings by Friday, July 17, 2020 to ayce@utsc.utoronto.ca (these will be used to prepare students for the mock interview)

- Students in 1st year will be in co-op in the career preparation class of the management program
- Volunteers can be from any industry or alumni
- Time Commitment is flexible to the volunteer. You can sign up for morning, afternoon or full day virtual mock interviews.
- Interviews will be 30 minutes per interview.
- We will provide you with the schedule and a link for your mock interviews on August 12th or earlier.
- At the end of your mock interviews, please complete the feedback form and submit back to the career centre.
