Waste Labels need to be filled out according to the information seen below.
Be sure to include;
- Name of group
- Building, room number and phone number
- List of chemicals with approximate % composition
Please note that aqueous waste must have an inclusive list of contaminants, simply putting aqueous waste is not sufficient.
