Check out our online groups to learn coping strategies, life skills and buildyour strengths to deal with life challenges in a peer supportive environment.  Send an email at to: health-services@utsc.utoronto.ca with your name, email and group topic. You will receive a confirmation email with the link for Microsoft Teams.

Registered Weekly Groups - Weekly attendance and preregistration is required

Self- Compassion practices for COVID -Tuesdays, 3-4:30pm. Starting May 12, 2020 until June 16, 2020 (6 weeks)

COVID-R:  Maintaining Resilience, Cultivating Wellbeing & Planting Seeds for Potential Growth - Thursdays, 3-4:30pm. Starting May 14, 2020 until July 16, 2020 (10 weeks) 

Drop-In Groups  - (can be attended by any student, even if you are currently suspended, on a work term, or taking a semester off) weekly registration required 

Relaxation and Mindfulness During Uncertain Times -  Wednesdays 3-4:30pm. Starting May 20, 2020 until June 24, 2020 (6 weeks) 

COVID LGBTQIA2S Support Group - Fridays 12-1:30pm. Starting May 15, 2020 until June 19, 2020 (6 weeks)

Staying Connected in the Face of COVID / Cultural Connections - Fridays 2-3:30pm. Starting May 22, 2020 until June 26, 2020 (6 weeks)
