Important Notice:
To improve services for students, the three health centres of the University of Toronto (located at Scarborough, Mississauga, and St. George campuses) have moved to a single electronic health record enabling seamless access to care for all students regardless of where they may seek services. A single record ensures that clinicians have timely access to information ensuring the provision of safe, patient/client centred health care services.
All aspects of your health information will continue to be held in strict compliance with Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act. It is our standard of care to only review necessary health information to provide safe, high-quality services. Should you have any questions or concerns, please speak to your clinician who can provide you with further information.
LifeLabs Data Breach
The Health & Wellness Centre uses LifeLabs for laboratory work (e.g. blood work, urine testing, swabs). In November 2019 LifeLabs identified a cyber-attack, and has posted an open letter to its customers, which you can find here https://customernotice.lifelabs.com/. We encourage you to contact LifeLabs if you have any questions.
