U of T Telus Health Student Support  (U of T Telus Health Student Support) provides all University of Toronto Scarborough students with immediate and/or ongoing confidential 24/7 counselling support for free in over 146 languages.

Centre for Addiction and Mental Health offers services and information for people affected by addiction and mental illness.

Canadian Mental Health Association is a nation-wide, charitable organization that promotes the mental health of all and supports the resilience and recovery of people experiencing mental illness.

Good2Talk.ca is a 24/7/365 phoneline for mental health support for postsecondary students

Lesbian Gay Bi Trans Youth line offers queer-positive and non-judgmental, confidential peer support through telephone listening, information and referral services, and through complementary outreach.

Mood Disorders Association of Ontario offers free support programs to people across Ontario, and their families, who are living with depression, anxiety or bipolar disorder.

More Feet on the Ground This online resource is intended to be a one-stop shop for any campus professional or student leader looking to understand more about mental health and refer a student to relevant programs or departments. This resource was developed by the Council of Ontario Universities, Brock University, and the Centre for Innovation in Campus Mental Health, which is funded by the Ontario Government.

Naseeha Muslim Youth Helpline Naseeha provides our community with the tools needed to address mental health. With our confidential helpline, our youth receives immediate, anonymous, and confidential support over the phone from 12 PM – 3 AM, 7 days a week.
