- The Health & Wellness Centre (HWC) recently transitioned to a new Electronic Health Record (EHR)! We are working diligently to provide students with a smooth transition to this new system.
- All HWC client records are incorporated into one secure system, including medical, nursing and counselling visits, lab results, referrals, and other information shared with your health professional during your visit.
- Email communication related to client appointment reminders, results or communications with health professionals from the Health & Wellness Centre pertaining to your care will be generated from this new system. Clients will now receive emails via the Medeo Health platform (noreply@medeohealth.com). Clients are asked to check their junk and spam folders to ensure there is no missed communication.
- The first time clients receive a Medeo email, they will be asked to set up an account. This can be done on any up-to-date computer web browser, or by downloading the mobile app on Google Play or the App Store.
- Medeo Health provides our clients with the option to have video appointments with the Health & Wellness Centre health professionals.
