First Year Experience Program

The First Year Experience Program helps first year students connect to the campus community, ensuring their success at the Scarborough campus.

By joining the First Year Experience Program you will have the opportunity to connect with an upper year mentor in their field of study as well as other students, staff and faculty. You will have access to free workshops and student life events and get the inside scoop on how to achieve a successful academic and student life. Sign up by August 12, 2017

By signing up for the First Year Experience Program you are also automatically registered for the LEAD First Year Program. Through LEAD First Year, you will have the opportunity to develop the skills and strategies you will need for your first year at UTSC! Learn from upper year student leaders on how to adjust to university life, manage your academics, while still finding time to be involved on campus.  LEAD First Year runs weekly from the start of classes until Reading Week; completion of the program is eligible for validation on the Co-Curricular Record.
