December is here and exams are around the corner now for many U of T Scarborough students.
If you’re looking for some extra motivation to study, there are over 1,500 study spaces across the campus, including silent study and quiet study options. Also, additional space is available during exam periods at the end of each semester.
Being physically active is another way to keep focused and stay on top of your studies. Don’t let the cold weather slow you down. You can do laps around the indoor track or in the pool, try to summit the climbing wall or check out a group fitness class at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre.
December can be a hectic time for students as many juggle preparing for multiple exams with other personal commitments and the holiday season quickly approaching.
For a few moments of mindfulness throughout the week, you can head on over to the Student Residence Centre on Mondays for a weekly yoga session from 5:30-6:30pm and drop-in to a relaxation and meditation session at the Health & Wellness Centre on Wednesdays from 3-4pm in the Student Centre (SL279).
Finding balance in your academic and campus life is all part of the student experience. It’s important to stay healthy and resilient for your success. The Office of Student Affairs & Services is here to support you. Below you will find a list of our departments:
