Women's Boxing and Self-Defence Workshop

Join us for this FREE empowering workshop to learn some boxing skills combined with some self-defence techniques for self-Identified women.  

In this introductory class, you will have an opportunity to learn the basic punches and how best to remove yourself from various dangerous situations by focusing on self-defense, using ones voice, setting boundaries, avoiding/deescalating confrontations, striking techniques to targeted areas, pressure points and escaping various holds.  Pads will be used for striking. Please come dressed in comfortable clothing

Registration is required, please sign-up in person at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre or online at recreation.utoronto.ca
