Beginner on Weights

Learn the basics of weight training, nutrition, and anatomy in this progressive program. Safely acquire the proper training techniques while working out in the teaching studios and fitness centre. Each participant will be provided with a detailed lesson plan on the first day of class. Participants are required to bring a notepad and pen.

Fitness for Self-Identified Women

Come join us in this interactive program that is designed for self-identified women of all fitness levels to exercise in a safe, comfortable environmnet.  Get your sweat on while having fun learning and trying a variety of workouts.  Cross training is one of the best ways to train as each class works a different set of muscle goups in different way.
