Anne Louise Pontigon Montgomery

As Academic HR Advisor, Anne Louise is U of T Scarborough’s first point of contact for academic departments on all matters related to academic HR. She is responsible for providing accurate and timely advice and service related to academic recruitment, appointments, reviews, promotions, salary administration, retirements, leaves, faculty workload and teaching evaluation to ensure compliance with University policies and procedures.  

Having worked at the University since 2006, Anne Louise brings a wealth of experience to the role with a strong institutional background.  Previously at the Institute of Health Policy, Management & Evaluation, Dalla Lana School of Public Health, Anne Louise held the position of Academic Appointments and Human Resource Coordinator.  Anne Louise is a graduate of the Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science at the University of Toronto, and holds certifications in Dispute Resolution and Communication for Professionals.
