Study Partners

Identify your study style:  Do you work well in groups or individually?  Sometimes working in study groups is effective when there is a lot of material to study, or you have developed strong rapport with some of your fellow students.  Repeating, rephrasing and explaining information to study partners on course material will solidify it in your long-term memory.

For some students with disabilities, such as those with ADHD, report studying with others in the same room holds them accountable and increases productivity. This is also known as  "Body Doubling".
