10 Minute Rule

Commit to small durations of work. This can reduce feeling overwhelmed and increase confidence.

1. After completing 10 minutes of the work, reflect on how you feel and if you feel capable of continuing.

2. You can either continue using the 10 minute work periods if this works for you, or you can modify the duration as you need.

3. Try to keep breaks between work periods short to help you keep on track.
