Biography

The Manager Academic HR & Faculty Affairs is U of T Scarborough's primary resource for faculty and staff of academic departments on all matters related to academic human resources.  Fefe is responsible for providing accurate and timely advice, and service, related to academic recruitment, appointments, reviews, promotions, salary administration, retirements, leaves, faculty workload and teaching evaluation in order to ensure compliance with University policies and procedures. Using a comprehensive knowledge of CUPE 3902 Units 1, 3 and 5 collective agreements, Fefe will ensure the Vice-Dean, Chairs and Academic Directors, and other staff contacts, are provided with accurate information and sound advice regarding collective agreements for Teaching Assistants, Sessional Lecturers, and Postdoctoral Fellows.
