You have the chance to compete in the UTSC All-Star Basketball Challenge, presented by MoveU and the Nutritional Peers in a Shooting and Skills Challenge. The competition begins 3pm at Gym 3 in Toronto Pan Am Centre. But if you come early from 1:30pm – 2:30pm UTSC will be hosting an Interhouse All Star Basketball Game. Once your done having fun join the MoveU team and Nutritional Peers for FREE FOOD!!
Don’t hibernate, come enjoy what winter offers at the scenic Arrowhead Provincial Park! Hosted by Outdoor Recreation, the following activities will be offered: cross-country skiing, snow tubing, skating on an ice trail, snowshoeing/hiking.

Move U has organized a trip to THE MONKEY VAULT for Friday March 11. This is for everyone from all skill levels, no experience required. Get ready to have lots of fun, to challenge yourself, and to be surprised by seeing what your bodies are capable of. Come monkey around with us! ( lesson, snacks, open gym time, and transportation all included! )
Did I mention there’s a foam pit that you can practice jumps and flips you’ve always wanted to do?
