Caretaking

The caretaking staff maintains the cleanliness of the majority of the buildings on campus. 

Services Provided:

• Removing internal waste including materials for recycling.
• Vacuuming and shampooing carpets.
• Cleaning of offices, food areas, conference rooms, and lecture rooms.
• Clean up for events (before or after) provided as per work order request. Charges may apply for additional staff required on weekends or after hours.
• Overtime rates for cleaning will apply for after hours, weekends, and holidays. There is a minimum charge of 4 hours.
