Visshna Thiraviyarajah

Visshna Thiraviyarajah is a second-year student at UTSC studying Political Science with a double minor in History and Public Law. This academic year she is one of two Second-Year Representatives at the Political Science Students' Association (PSSA). She is dedicated about student leadership and is thrilled to work with the members of the PSSA. Visshna is also the senior events director in the Law Society of UTSC. As well as one of the outreach directors of the Tamil Students Union in UTSC. Outside of academics, she is a Carnatic music vocalist and intends to teach this form of music. She hopes to widen her perspective on all aspects of political science by engaging with professors in this department. Her primary goal as second year representative, is to voice the concerns of other second year students in this field and help provide them with ample opportunities to connect with the PSSA.
