Annika Dela Torre

Biography

Annika is a third-year student at UTSC studying Political Science with a double minor in French and Public Law. This academic year she is Director of Marketing at the Political Science Students' Association (PSSA). She hopes to boost student engagement with the department's academic, career-focused, and social events by intensifying the team's marketing strategy through the PSSA's social media platforms and on-campus network. Throughout her education and leadership experiences, Annika has cultivated a strong interest in environmental sustainability, educational equity, student advocacy, and politics. These passions drive her aspirations as she hopes to explore them in the future as an aspiring lawyer. Outside of her education and career, Annika enjoys volunteering with organizations that support patients and families affected by childhood cancer such as Campfire Circle (formerly Camp Ooch & Camp Trillium) and the Hearth Place.
