Registered participants will receive zoom coordinates (recording link here)

Universities are increasingly subject to international forces and opportunities which shape and influence their capacity for impact at home and abroad. Understanding these gaps and trends from an internationalization angle allows faculty and staff to explore their current and future international engagements from a multidimensional perspective, thus enhancing their approach. UTSC faculty members and staff are encouraged to attend and explore how these forces shape their own internationalization objectives.

During the Q&A period, Dr. Tettey will share his perspectives of campus-wide internationalization aspirations. UTSC participants involved in internationalization efforts will be in attendance, thus contributing to the discussions. Participants will receive a copy of the International Engagement Directory (PDF) at the end of the session.

  • Presentation by Carlos Vargas, Director, International and Global Engagement
  • Moderated by Dr. Wisdom Tettey, Vice-President, University of Toronto & Principal, University of Toronto Scarborough

After the presentation, panelists offered a few remarks regarding various initiatives and services regarding international engagement at UTSC.
