This coming Wednesday, Karina Vernon (English), Girish Daswani (Anthropology), Katherine Blouin (HCS), and other UofT colleagues will be hosting a Solidarity with the Wet'suwet'en event in MW130. The teach-in will include a projection of the documentary "Invasion", and a discussion with Kelly Crawford, UTSC's Assistant Director for Indigenous Initiatives, as well as Leslie Anne St. Amour, a 3rd year Law student at UofT who has worked as a facilitator and consultant on Indigenous engagement issues and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
The event is open to all - so invite your friends! Refreshments will be served.
