Congratulations to Prof Jayeeta (Jo) Sharma on the success of her application for the University of Toronto-University of Manchester Research Fund! In this yearlong partnership between the Culinaria Research Centre and Department of Historical Cultural Studies at UTSC, and the Sustainable Consumption Institute and Alliance Manchester Business School at the University of Manchester, she will serve as the principal investigator for a project entitled ‘Urban Food Security and Sustainability in Times of Crisis & Beyond’ which will examine issues related to urban food and sustainability in Toronto and Manchester. We wish her great success with this project!
