Service Fees

Special requests are accommodated at the Registrar's Office for a fee as listed below. These fees are subject to change at any time by the authority of the Vice-Provost and Assistant Vice-President (Planning and Budget), and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated with an asterisk (*).

Accepted credit cards include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

Confirmation of enrolment letter (including RESP) - $8

  • In person: cash, credit, or debit.
  • Via email or fax: credit card only.

Clerical check of marks - $15*

  • In person: cash, credit, or debit.
  • On eService: credit card only.

Copy of final examinations - $15

  • In person: cash, credit, or debit.
  • On eService: credit card only.

Deferred exam (UTSC) - $70 for one, or $140 for two or more

  • In person: cash, credit, or debit.
  • On eService: credit card only.

Duplicate documents - $4

  • In person: cash, credit, or debit.

Late graduation request - $80

  • Via email using credit card only.
  • In person: cash, credit, or debit.

Late registration penalty - maximum $114*

  • In person: cash, credit, or debit.
  • A partial refund may be issued to qualifiying students.

Re-enrolment Request Form - $25

  • In person: cash, credit, or debit
  • On eService: credit card only
  • This is a non-refundable fee

Re-read of a final exam - $36

  • In person: cash, credit, or debit.
  • On eService: credit card only.

Replacement TCard - $20

  • Cash only at the TCard Office.

Tax receipt (T2202A) - $5

  • Free when you print it directly from ACORN.

Photocopy of file material - $15

  • In person: cash, credit, or debit.
