As the fall term approaches at the University of Toronto Scarborough, Information & Instructional Technology Services (IITS) is gearing up to provide a comprehensive range of IT services to ensure a seamless academic experience. Whether you are a returning student or a first-year, here’s a breakdown of the key services that will help you navigate the digital landscape of the campus:

  • IITS service desk is open 7 days a week providing both in-person and remote support via phone: 416-287-HELP (4357) or email: askshd.utsc@utoronto.ca. You can also visit the IITS Service Portal to submit a request. Requests are managed through a ticketing system and will be addressed within 24 hours.
  • Service desks have information on resources from across the campus to ensure you have everything you need at your fingertips.
  • Locate us in AC200 (staff, faculty, students), BV487 and IC35 (students) for assistance.
