Hire A Co-op Student

Hire Tomorrow's Leaders Today in 3 Easy Steps:

  1. Submit your co-op job description by email to mgmtcoopjobs@utsc.utoronto.ca. Please ensure the following critical information is included:
  • Duration of job (4, 8 or 12 months)
  • Preferred closing date
  • Location of position
  • Hiring contact
  • Any special instructions, for example:
    • If applications are to be submitted on your company website
    • Any supplementary documents to include with an application
    • Special notes or contacts
  1. To schedule interviews with your short-list of preferred students, please complete the Interview Schedule Form and send it to either mgmtcoopjobs@utsc.utoronto.ca or your assigned Business Development Coordinator (below).
  2. Following the interviews, select your preferred Management Co-op students, extend verbal offers and confirm with a written letter of offer.
