U of T Scarborough Undergraduate Research Prize
- Open to all U of T Scarborough students who are currently registered and have completed their first year of study.
- Co-sponsored by the U of T Scarborough Library and Office of the Vice-Principal Research.
- Awarded to current undergraduate students enrolled at the University of Toronto during each academic year.
- A competitive, adjudicated event that promotes intellectual exchange and gives students an opportunity to develop presentation skills by disseminating new research and creative activities both to academic communities and non-specialists.

Academic Research Resources
Our faculty and researchers can access the support and resources of the University of Toronto Libraries (UTL) system, which is the largest academic library in Canada. With an annual acquisition budget of $32 million, UTL’s research and special collections comprise more than 12 million print volumes, 5.6 million microforms, mor than 17,000 journal subscriptions, and rich collections of manuscripts, films, and cartographic materials. The system provides access to more than 1.9 million electronic books, journals, and primary source materials. Wide-ranging collections, facilities, and staff expertise reflect the breadth of research and instructional programs at the University, and attract unique donations of books and manuscripts from around the world, which in turn draw scholars for research and graduate work.
