The Leadership Fellows Program (LFP) founding team (Rameez, Steve, Kyle, and Umar) consists of industry leaders, repeat CEOs, EY Entrepreneurs of the Year, Canada’s Top 40 Under 40, who come from top global institutions such as BCG, Onex, Stanford, Wharton, and have deep ties to the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) community.

In partnership between the University of Toronto and the Highland Creek Foundation, the objective of the LFP is to provide exceptionally high-performing and high-potential UTSC Management students with practical exposure to increasingly competitive careers in finance, management consulting, and entrepreneurship.
