Forest Walk and Discussion

Come join the Carolynne Crawley (Mi'kmaw, Black and Irish) for a 1.5 hr forest walk and discussion on the theme of 'All My Relations' on Tues. Apr. 23, at 1 to 2:45 p.m. The walk will take place on the Ma Moosh Ka Win trail on the U of T Scarborough campus (formerly the Valley Land trail ), an AODA path that runs from the H-Wing Patio through Highland Creek. This event is a chance to connect with local lands and waters and to learn with Carolynne, founder of Mishiikenh Gizhaasowin (Turtle Protectors), and is a dedicated teacher, facilitator and Forest Therapy guide who is committed to social and environmental justice.

We will meet in the Kina Wiiya Enadong Building, Room 130 (Formerly the MW building) at 1 p.m. The walk will leave from there at 1:15 p.m.

No registration required. Wear weather-appropriate clothing and bring a bottle of water. Wheelchair accessible.
