Join us for a 2-day in-person Mental Health First Aid Training on April 23 and 24, specifically designed for adults working with adults (18+). This course focuses on the four most common mental health disorders: substance-related, mood-related, anxiety and trauma-related, and psychotic disorders. Participants who take this course are well prepared to interact confidently about mental health with their students, family, friends, communities, and workplaces.

Cost: $255 + HST per person (Includes $195 training fee + $60 for refreshments and lunch)
Registration: To register, please obtain departmental approval and then email elsa.kiosses@utoronto.ca with your First and Last Name, Utoronto email, and Departmental CC and CFC numbers. The Health & Wellness Centre will issue debit memos to departments after training is completed.
Deadline: April 12, 2023. Spaces are limited, so early registration is encouraged.
