What will we do?
Mental health is increasingly gaining recognition in our society. But what is mental health really? What are some ways to tell if my mental health is good or not? How do I navigate the mental health care system and communicate my needs? In this course we will use a semi-structured curriculum, guided discussions, and activities to answer these questions and gain a greater understanding of our mental health and that of those around us.
