This DBT informed group will introduce participants to skills they can use to manage their reactions to stress and emotions.

Week 2 - States of Mind and Walking the Middle Path October 4 and 5
Reading Week - Drop in optional October 11 and 12
Week 3 - Distress Tolerance part 1 October 18 and 19
Week 4 - Distress Tolerance part 2 October 25 and 26
Week 5 - Distress Tolerance part 3 November 1 and 2 
Week 6 - Emotion Regulation part 1 November 8 and 9 
Week 7 - Emotion Regulation part 2 November 15 and 16
Week 8 - Emotion Regulation part 3 November 22 and 23
Week 9 - Interpersonal Effectiveness part 1 November 29 and November 30 
Week 10 - Interpersonal Effectiveness part 2 December 6 and 7
