Wellbeing Wanderers: Be Nurtured by Nature

This Drop-in group is open to all staff, students, and faculty. It is a total of 45 minutes with 5 minutes at the beginning and 5 minutes at the end of the session for informal sharing and questions, giving individual's flexibility in arriving and departing. The session will begin with: a brief introduction, a short practice (breath meditation, body scan, mindfulness activities and compassion and gratitude practices) leading in to a walk on the Valley Land UTSC Trail. 

Participants will be meeting in the H wing Patio. Participants can just drop in, no registration required. 

*Participants will have the opportunity to share, ask general questions about mindfulness and coping with stress.
