Finding Self-Acceptance Using Principles of Self-Compassion

This group seeks to provide a space to explore our understanding of ourselves using a compassionate focused lens. The journey into building a healthy relationship with yourself starts with learning principles around self-acceptance, self-image, self-esteem, self-confidence and ideal self. This group uses a trauma informed, intersectional approach into exploring identity with curiosity and compassion to learn skills on the path to creating a loving relationship with yourself.
Registration closes at 8am the day prior to the group.  The Counsellor facilitating will email you one day prior to this workshop the Microsoft Teams link to join.
