Professor Grace Skogstad is Chair of U of T Scarborough’s Department of Political Science and a past president of the Canadian Political Science Association. Specializing in Canadian federalism, Dr. Skogstad has written extensively on Canadian policies with respect to agriculture, genetically modified crops and foods, and also biofuels. She is the author of 10 books and over 70 articles and book chapters.

The strengthening role of the provinces has served Canadians well in the country’s first 150 years. Will this decentralized federation continue to meet future policy challenges?
