Captivate: Podcasting with Audacity

Note: To participate in this session, students should bring their own laptop, with Audacity installed.

This session will cover the basics of podcasting, facilitated by UTSC librarians David Kwasny and Paulina Rousseau. The workshop will include:

• Softskills for podcasting (planning, interviewing, outlining)
• Showcasing resources for developing a podcast
• Displaying different styles and structures for editorializing a podcast
• Audio copyright and free audio resources
• Editing audio for podcasts build-a-long using Audacity
