The Farmer’s Market at UTSC brings local farmers, producers and artisans to campus, connecting them with customers on campus and in the community. Check out the variety of vendors selling fresh fruits and vegetables, honey and jams, baked goodies, breads and much more.
UTSC Famer’s Market operates:
- Outdoors every Wednesday 3:00pm-7:00pm from June – August (near drop off loop); September - October every Wednesday from 11:00am - 3:00pm
- Indoors, first Wednesday of the month 11:00am-3:00pm from November – April (in SW Meeting Place)
There are a variety of themed workshops hosted by the Sustainability Office throughout the indoor and outdoor markets, some include: How to grow plants; companion planting; food demos and samples; Apiary tours and pollination workshops, to name a few.
