Battery Recycling at UTSC
Batteries should never be placed in the garbage bin as they are considered hazardous waste. UTSC offers multiple battery recycling stations for the collection of batteries so they can be disposed of safely and kept out of landfill. Accepted batteries include AA, AAA, and other small household batteries; please do not bring industrial or car batteries.
