Mental Wellness Month

The University of Toronto Scarborough is celebrating Mental Wellness Month this October. The Office of Student Experience & Wellbeing, the Mental Health Network and campus partners are hosting a range of programs, events and initiatives this month to continue the conversation about mental health, decrease stigma related to mental illness and promote self-care as a supportive community.

We also recognize the World Health Organization's World Mental Heath Day which is observed on October 10th every year. World Mental Health Day raises awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilizes efforts in support of mental health.

Join our various departments, student groups and community organizations at our #BeWellUTSC Fair on October 6th, 12-2pm, in the Meeting Place (2nd floor, S-Wing).  Learn and discover various UTSC student services along with community organizations that can support your wellbeing.  Also, connect with student groups who are raising awareness on mental health issues, focused on decreasing stigma and building community at UTSC.  Fill in a passport and enter to win one of 10 care packages donated by our UTSC community. Click here to register for the fair!

Other ways to get involved:
