Planning and coordinating a conference can seem overwhelming at the start. Our Conference Services Staff are here to help you through the process by liaising with all University of Toronto Scarborough departments to give you a successful and memorable conference. Simply let us know, as far in advance as possible, your requirements (potential numbers, space and dining needs, the objective and nature of the program, etc.) your wishes (special receptions, outdoor barbecues, unusual dining times, entertainment), and the constraints (budget, time schedule).
Once you tell us about your conference, we will help you design all the details according to your wishes.
Conference Services offers a wide range of classrooms, lecture halls, computer labs and special venues, which can all be customized to suit your event. We have many rooms, which feature flat or tiered style seating, audio-visual capability and internet access for up to a capacity of 500 people. Whether it is a small meeting or a large conference, we are equipped to accommodate your needs.
