Science Rendezvous is back this year IN-PERSON at the Toronto Zoo!

Participate in a day of exciting explorations and mind-blowing science activities presented by the Toronto Zoo, Let’s Talk Science and the University of Toronto Scarborough! -and of course the animals!

Join us at the Toronto Zoo as scientists from the University of Toronto Scarborough and Let’s Talk Science volunteers engage with visitors of all ages and make science come alive through demonstrations, hands-on activities and fun talks. The whole family is invited to explore their inner scientist – we have something for everyone!

Your Journey beings at Station 1: Rendezvous at the Zoo!

Visit nine stations located throughout the Toronto Zoo including:

Conservation Captains: Learn about breeding and conservation programs!

Bees N’ Bugs: Close encounters of the insect kind – butterflies and spiders included!

Paws-Itively Cool: Thermoregulation, global warming and climate change!

 

Hear Toronto Zoo experts discuss their fascinating work with animals and Interact with faculty from the University of Toronto  Scarborough to learn more about their exciting world-class research!
