Microsoft Scheduling Tools for Researchers: What to Use When
The shift to a COVID-19 informed University environment has necessitated the exploration of new software options that can be used to manage appointments, work-spaces, and resources. This CRIS-hosted information session will explore three different scheduling tools from the Office 365 suite of applications: Outlook shared resources, Microsoft Bookings, and Microsoft Shifts.

CRIS Webinar Series: Making & Sustaining the Pivot
The monthly CRIS webinar series, Making & Sustaining the Pivot: Adapting Your Research during COVID-19 and Beyond., will offer perspectives from faculty members and other experts, and provide strategies for adapting or reinventing research methods and approaches, with opportunities for dialogue. Topics focus on practical supports and tools for planning, conducting and disseminating research; and sharing effective methods for collaboration and engagement. These 1-hr webinars are usually scheduled for the 3rd Tuesday of every month.

Online Information Session: Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Research Teams and Training
The Division of the Vice-President, Research and Innovation, will hold an information session on integrating equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) principles into the management of research teams and research training activities. Topics covered will include an overview of EDI and systemic barriers; concrete practices for promoting EDI in recruitment, team management, and HQP training; and guidance on effectively addressing EDI considerations in research funding applications.

Workshop: Introduction to Company and Competitor Research
This workshop is for U of T students, faculty, and staff of all disciplines interested in learning more about researching companies and finding competitor information. Includes an overview of subscription databases and publicly available resources for company research.
