You can only request a printed TCard if you:
- Have Winter 2022 courses with in-person elements that require you to be on campus (e.g. lectures, labs, tutorials) AND
- Your UTORid is activated (if you can log into your U of T email, your UTORid is activated. Read more on activating your UTORid here.)
Pick up your TCard:
STEP ONE: Log into CLNx. On the left-hand menu bar go to:
- Appointments > TCard (do not click the dropdown menu, click TCard) > Book by Appointment Type > E) Scarborough Registrar's Office TCard In-Person Appointment > Select a time slot under "Next Available Appointments" in the righthand menu.
STEP TWO: Bring the appropriate legal status documentation with you to campus on the day of your appointment.
If you are a student in residence, you can pick up your TCard from the Residence Centre from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m., Monday to Friday. You do not need an appointment. Bring appropriate documentation when picking up your card. Please contact Student Housing and Residence Life for more information.
Step 1: Disable services on your TCard.
If you are not immediately replacing it:
1. Report your lost TCard to the Library at 416-978-7694 or visit the circulation desk of any U of T library.
2. If you have a meal plan or printing funds on your TCard, you can deactivate your TCard+ funds using the Online Meal Plan Management System (log in with your UTORid or click on Lost TCard). You can also report the loss to mealplan@utoronto.ca or 416-978-1309.
Step 2: Book an appointment with the TCard Office. Log into CLNx. On the left-hand menu bar go to:
- Appointments > TCard (do not click the dropdown menu, click TCard) > Book by Appointment Type > E) Scarborough Registrar's Office TCard In-Person Appointment > Select a time slot under "Next Available Appointments" in the righthand menu.
Step 3: At your appointment:
- You will present the appropriate documentation to confirm your identity, this includes valid government-issued ID.
- Your new TCard photo will be taken.
- You will pay a $20 replacement fee (pay via credit card, debit card or TBucks. Cash is not accepted).
You may only request a new or replacement TCard if you require access to buildings, labs and other on-campus services. Please follow the instructions on the UTSC Staff and Faculty TCard page.
