Ceremony checklist (on the day of):
- Ensure that your guests have their tickets. Unfortunately, lost tickets cannot be replaced and guests without tickets will not be admitted for security reasons.
- Arrive at least 90 minutes before the ceremony to pick up your gown and hood, receive instructions, and be placed in line. If you arrive late, there is no guarantee that you will be able to join the ceremony.
- There is no storage space for your personal items, so we recommend that you leave personal items with your guests (purses, coats, cameras). All items that you bring into Convocation Hall are your responsibility.
- Return your regalia after the Ceremony to avoid additional charges.

Asia-Pacific Graduation Ceremony
Since 1996, the University of Toronto has held graduation ceremonies in Hong Kong to allow recent graduates to celebrate their success with friends and family who cannot attend the ceremony in Toronto. If you are a recent graduate and plan to be in Hong Kong at the time of the Asia-Pacific Graduation Ceremony, you may participate. You are permitted to attend both the convocation ceremony in Toronto and the graduation ceremony in Hong Kong.
