Lena C. Quilty is a clinical psychologist and Senior Scientist in the Campbell Family Mental Health Research Institute at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. Dr. Quilty has an applied program of research, with a focus on the role of personality and cognition in depression and addiction. Her research program includes evidence-based assessment and early intervention, as well as cognitive and behavioural therapies. She has a specific interest in identifying how to match patients to the treatments that are best suited to them, and evaluating technology-based treatments that will increase access to high quality care, including online cognitive behavioural therapy, cognitive bias modification, and cognitive training.
