This assessment will identify your top five character strengths through pictures and brief statements. Since the pictures and descriptions are based on strengths, we do not anticipate the content will make you uncomfortable. Nonetheless, if you feel uncomfortable, you can withdraw from the assessment at any time.

Upon completion, you will be able to see your results immediately. The assessment will take approximately 3 to 5 minutes.

We will not be collecting any personal identity information, such as name, address, phone number, email address. You can choose to provide your general location in order for the tool to compare your strengths with people in Ontario, Canada or internationally.

Part 1: Heart

Your goal in Part 1 will be to select 5 images that best reflect your top strengths out of a total 24 strengths pictured. Each picture will have the name of a specific strength.

Without over-thinking, if the picture/strength evokes an emotional response in you such as, "That’s me", select it by pressing 'Yes' below or dragging the image to the right.

If the picture/strength evokes an emotional response in you such as, "That's not me", skip it by pressing 'No' below or dragging the image to the left.

Remember there are 24 pictures, from which you will have 60 seconds to select only 5. Once you have selected 5 pictures, this part of the assessment will terminate and you will move to Part 2. You will not be able to come back to Part 1.
