Your goal in Part 1 will be to select 5 images that best reflect your top strengths out of a total 24 strengths pictured. Each picture will have the name of a specific strength.
Without over-thinking, if the picture/strength evokes an emotional response in you such as, "That’s me", select it by pressing 'Yes' below or dragging the image to the right.
If the picture/strength evokes an emotional response in you such as, "That's not me", skip it by pressing 'No' below or dragging the image to the left.
Remember there are 24 pictures, from which you will have 60 seconds to select only 5. Once you have selected 5 pictures, this part of the assessment will terminate and you will move to Part 2. You will not be able to come back to Part 1.
